Welcome to my Web site about the MLB 44334

This site is all about the Coast Guard rescue vessel 44334 and the rebirth and restoration of this lifesaving rescue platform. This vessel has served the people of the State Of Ohio for over 42 years. It's now coming to serve the people of Michigan for as long as it can. She made it home on 5/1/2008 and so begins the restoration process...She is finally out of the water on dry land on 5/28/2008. Painting started on 6/2/08! She is finally done! 6/28...30 days from start to finish. 500+ hr's of hot nasty weather, sanding and painting until you dropped, cleaning finishing up the stickers so she can drop in the water Monday June 30th, 2008.

She is done!
